This galley style kitchen does not get a lot of natural light. The dark stain of the cabinets conflicted with the floors as well. This customer replaced their flooring, the counter tops and hardware, all with warm gray undertones.
We painted their cabinets in Snowbound by Sherwin Williams. It is a warm white that has taupe undertones. Those undertones help the white feel cohesive with the other finishes without appearing too stark. Now the space is much brighter and you can feel the warmth as well. It all flows together much better.
