This custom home is 20 years old and needed some updating before the homeowners could list it for sale. It was a huge space and all of the cabinets were already a very light, pickled finish that was close to the tile flooring color. The homeowners chose Nacre by Sherwin Williams as the paint color for the cabinetry because it’s a white with creamy taupe undertones.
Choosing this warm color coordinated with both the peachy tones of the flooring and counters, but also worked perfectly with the cream and green tones in the tile backsplash. Not only that, using the same color in several areas throughout the home helped tie the spaces together and give a feeling of coordination.
