How did I become 2 Cabinet Girls?

2 Cabinet Girls was originally created by Kristen and Dina. Kristen had been building and refinishing furniture for well over 20 years for herself. Due to the quick success of 2 Cabinet Girls and the extensive hours involved, Dina, a busy mom of 4, decided to step down, and Kristen hired a small team of skilled individuals to help out.

In 2024, after 10 years in the cabinet trenches, Kristen was ready to step away, and I was able to step in and keep running the business the way Kristen always did.

I have a background in design, marketing, and sales, and have spent a few years in the cabinet industry before deciding to leap to do it myself.

Now, I get to work with an existing team of talented artists and craftsmen who are dedicated to doing their best work.
